Details
Under Article 4 of Resolution 183/03/CONS, users are informed that “FWA services are provided using shared-band frequencies without protection from interference; therefore, service quality cannot be guaranteed”.
Sirius accepts no liability for interruptions caused by:
- loss of line of sight between the antenna installed at the customer’s premises and the connected base stations, due for example to the construction of new buildings, infrastructure, trees or vegetation;
- interference not attributable to Sirius;
If the causes of a permanent service disruption are not attributable to the customer, the contract will be deemed automatically terminated, and the customer must return any equipment provided on loan.
