Legal information

This notice describes cookies, preferences and external content on the Sirius Technology website. You can read the website even if you reject optional services.

Controller and contact details

Sirius Technology s.r.l., VAT number 01834240473. For website enquiries: info@siriustec.it, telephone +39 0573 1798000. For personal data requests: privacy@siriustec.it. See also our privacy policy.

Your choices

On your first visit you can choose “Accept all”, “Reject” or “Customise”. Optional services are disabled by default. The banner has no close button: you can accept, reject or save your preferences. Scrolling or changing page does not mean acceptance. Pressing Escape in the preferences panel without a saved choice returns to the banner without giving consent.

Only necessary technical cookies are currently used. No optional analytics, advertising or profiling is active. The network map is hosted entirely on this site and works when you reject optional cookies. There are no optional categories to select.

Cookies and technologies used

Technical storage strictly necessary to manage preferences falls within the consent exemption in Article 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code. Accepting all, rejecting optional cookies or saving from the panel does not enable additional tracking.

sirius_consent · necessary

Provider: Sirius Technology s.r.l., first party, limited to the website host and path /.

Purpose: remember and document your choice about optional services, including rejection. It contains the notice version, choice date, expiry date, permitted purposes and selected action. It does not contain your name, email, IP address or advertising identifiers.

Duration: six calendar months from your choice. It is set after an explicit choice and updated when you change it. It uses SameSite=Lax and Secure on the HTTPS website. It is not used to identify you or follow visits for commercial purposes.

Network map · local

Code, libraries, network data and geography are served by this website. The map uses no cookies, geolocation or connections to the former website and needs no optional consent. Local geographic data is provided by Natural Earth.

Website fonts and images are served locally. The language is part of the URL, without a dedicated cookie. The new frontend does not use localStorage for cookie preferences and does not send choices to marketing services.

Duration and changing preferences

Your choice applies to this browser for six months and across both languages. The banner may reappear afterwards, if you delete or block the technical cookie, or if purposes or services change materially and the notice is given a new version. If your browser prevents storage, your choice applies to the current view and you are told that it was not saved.

You can reopen “Cookie preferences” in the footer and change your recorded choice. Available purposes reflect the services actually used: only necessary technologies are currently present. If optional services are introduced, the notice and preference version will be updated and fresh consent will be requested before activation.

Contact forms and spam protection

The “I have read the privacy policy” checkbox in forms acknowledges the information about the data you send. It is separate from consent to optional cookies and from any commercial consent. Your message is sent only when you submit the form.

Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection starts only when you select “Start security check”. It is a security function for the form you requested and does not enable the map. Cloudflare receives technical verification data; our service does not send your message fields to it. You can contact us by email without starting Turnstile. For the provider’s processing, including any international transfers, see the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Other linked services and websites

The Customer area, Wholesale area, TeamViewer and other linked websites are separate services. A link on the page does not load them into this website; their own policies apply once you open them.

Your rights

You can request information and exercise applicable GDPR rights, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by emailing privacy@siriustec.it. You can withdraw consent to optional services through preferences and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. More information is available in the privacy policy.
