Sirius offers VoIP telephony solutions on its own telephone exchange and UCC services based on 3CX, for which it is a Platinum Partner. Secure, flexible, scalable platforms integrate voice, video calls, chat, CRM and advanced tools for business collaboration and communications management.

Our Telephone Exchange

Sirius operates an advanced voice platform based on C4/C5 technology (Cirpack), providing voice services through direct interconnection with the TIM public network. The network is structured into 16 dual-connected gateway areas, allowing both direct and reverse connections to ensure maximum coverage and communications stability.

Voice-as-a-Service

As a 3CX Platinum Partner, Sirius provides an IPPBX service based on the 3CX platform, available in single-host mode or with geographical redundancy in H.A. (High Availability). This solution enables companies to manage VoIP communications securely, with advanced features such as CRM integration, video calls and business chat.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a traditional telephone system and a cloud telephone system?

A traditional telephone system is a hardware device that must be physically installed at the company’s premises and requires periodic on-site configuration and maintenance.
A virtual telephone system, by contrast, is managed entirely remotely; the only equipment required is VoIP telephone devices.

Can an existing physical telephone system be replaced with a cloud telephone system?

Certainly! Migration is possible for any existing telephone line, including traditional PSTN or ISDN lines, while keeping the same telephone numbers, whether switching from another operator or changing technology as an existing Sirius customer.

What are the benefits?

A virtual telephone system offers many benefits:
No initial investment: the telephone system is provided as Software-as-a-Service;
Savings on telephone line charges: there is no need to add new lines to increase voice channels, as a single number can send and receive many simultaneous calls.
Scalability: new extensions or offices can be added without replacing hardware, simply by adding a new extension with a click;
Remote connectivity: a virtual telephone system lets you take your extension wherever you go, supporting remote working and distributed staff;
Maintenance: no technical visit is required for maintenance, configuring a new line or customising announcements and answering systems.

Why should I choose Sirius’s virtual telephone system?

The Sirius virtual PBX brings business communications together on a remotely managed platform. Add extensions, locations and features as your needs evolve, with support from our team.
